Systems Support Associate would be performing Provisioning & De-Provisioning on different Applications. Should have basic knowledge of Networking concepts or preferable on Active Directory. Required working 247 environments in different rotating shifts and majorly in US Day hours.
Role Responsibilities
• Basic knowledge on Active Directory & networking concepts.
• Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
• Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
• Should have excellent communication skills & willing to work 247 in various shifts.
Requirements
• Fresher or experience of 0-2 years.
• Should be a B.E/BTech/MCA/BCA etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
Preferences
• CertificationsITIL/MCP/MCSE would be an added advantage.
