Job Description:

:   EUC Admin - Knowledge in troubleshootinghardware and windows operating system and embedded OS related issues, desktopapplications and LAN for Desktops and Knowledge in installing, configuring andtroubleshooting printer, Android, IPhone, I pad etc. and related issues.Knowledge in Shrink wrapped productsMicrosoft Office, MS Project, Visio,Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook. Knowledge on antivirus client softwareinstallations, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting. InfraMonitoring and Basic Administration - IT Infrastructure Health Monitoring usingenterprise tools and customized scripts and Handling basic administration basedon Standard operating procedures 

Roles & Responsibilities:

"As an Engineer, you are responsible for providing support for troubleshooting requirements in the Engineering, Infrastructure service or Product/Package Implementation space. You are expected to apply know-how with minimal or broad supervision and be involved inimplementation, integrated testing, debugging and documentation and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts."
