Role: Application Production Support 

Job Location: Pune

Experience: - 9 months - 5 Years' experience in Application Production Support

Shifts: 24*7

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree 

Criteria-
1. Candidates with break in career and/or education for more than 2 years are not eligible
2. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eligible
3. Only full time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered - No correspondence courses / undergraduates
4. Full time Graduation/Post Graduation from a UGC recognized University
5. Comfortable to work in any shifts as per TCS policy


Experience in L1 Application production Support is must. Hand on UNIX Exp is must. Exp in Banking Domain is preferred. Experience in like AutoSys. Service Now/ BMC Remedy,Monitoring , Schedule Checks , email query handling. ITIL Certification - Good to Have. Good Communication. Willingness to work in Shifts.

**Joining in 15 days of selection is preferred.
