🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Developer in Test 🚀 Are you a skilled Software Developer in Test looking for a long-term opportunity? Do you have a strong foundation in both QA Engineering and Software Development? Join our team and contribute to building high-quality software solutions! 🔹 Location: Westlake, TX (Hybrid - 10 Days On-site per Month) 🔹 Duration: Long Term 🔹 Job Type: W2 Contract 🔹 Work Authorization: US Citizens, Green Card holders, OPT, and H4 EADs preferred What We’re Looking For: ✅ Education & Experience: Computer Science degree, coursework, or equivalent software development experience ✅ QA & Development Skills: Knowledge of both QA Engineering and Software Development principles ✅ Software Development Practices: Coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, design patterns, Object-Oriented Design & Development ✅ Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright, proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript ✅ Agile Methodology: Understanding of Scrum and Agile software development principles ✅ Testing & Databases: Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases ✅ Defect Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes ✅ BDD Knowledge: Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) (Gherkin is a plus!) ✅ CI/CD Exposure: Experience working with Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) ✅ Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Ability to contribute to the Test Pyramid definition, work on user stories, automate test scenarios, and ensure software quality What You’ll Be Doing: 🔹 Develop and execute automated tests for web applications & APIs 🔹 Work within an Agile team to refine user stories, test cases, and automation strategies 🔹 Log, track, and collaborate on defect resolution 🔹 Participate in product demos, defect triage, and release deployment verification 📩 Interested?
