Java Team Lead : 8-12 Years

Responsibility:

Analyse business requirements and provide solutions.

Write high-level design, detailed designs & coach other developers.

Develop, modify or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design.

Actively participate in design, peer-review, code review and documentation.

Analyse defects, provide fast and accurate solutions & write test-cases.
